    How this starts

Four steps. Stop after any one.

I start with the software you already have and proven tools on the market, and build custom only when nothing else fits.

    How I work

    Results first

    • Before any work starts, we agree on one clear result we can measure.
    • We take a baseline first, so we both know where you started.
    • If there's no result we can measure, I won't take the work.

That's the only way I work.

What's the work you never get to? I tell you plainly whether a tool can take it. If the answer is that you already own the software and just need a setting turned on, I say so and we're done.

    04

    Retainer

    Monthly

I watch what breaks and fix it before it costs you money, and every quarter I re-evaluate whether what you're running is still the best option — because the tools change fast.

    I carry the risk

Before setup starts we agree in writing on what success looks like — hours recovered, invoices out, follow-ups sent. We review the results against that agreement. If it doesn't hit, the result portion is waived. I stay accountable long after handoff.

    Three problems, in your words

    01

    Work you never billed.

Hours delivered and never written down. That is money already earned, left uncollected.

    02

    Follow-ups that never happened.

The second, third, and seventh touch that closes the deal, lost because the person responsible was in a meeting.

    03

    Leads you never worked.

A database, a spreadsheet, a stack of cards from last year's event. The names are there. The time to find the twenty worth calling is missing.

    The division of labor

Repeatable work goes to the system. Judgment stays with you.

      Send and file

      Delivered, tracked, filed

Ask an AI tool for a figure it doesn't have and it will invent one, confidently. Send one fabricated number to a client who checks and your name is done. Every figure in anything I put in front of your clients traces back to a source record, or it doesn't send.

    What I actually do

Four things the software doesn't come with.

I set up AI that answers new inquiries, sends every follow-up and drafts the routine documents.

    01

    Choose

Most teams already have enough tools. The hard part is choosing. I look at where the time is actually going and name the tool that already solves it. If the answer is “turn on the setting in software you're already paying for,” I tell you that and charge nothing.

    02

    Connect

The tool is the easy half. I hook it into the software you already use, like your client files, contact list, accounting and calendar, so nobody types the same thing twice. When nothing on the market fits, I build the missing piece.

    03

    Train

Software companies sell you a login and a knowledge base. I sit across from you and walk you through it, in English or Mandarin, at your pace, until you can run it on your own.

    04

    Watch

A password gets forgotten. A connection breaks silently. A setting changes and nobody notices for three weeks. I monitor what I put in and fix it before it costs you money — and every quarter I re-check whether the tool that was right in March is still the right one.
